Reiki is a gentle hands-on technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki's sole function is to support the body and facilitate an environment for healing on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, & energetically, bringing harmony and balance back into your whole being.  

Reiki treatments are helpful to reduce muscle tension and pain, decreases stress , anxiety and depression, helps with lack of sleep, fatigue, loneliness and feeling disconnected, and assists medical treatments in rebalancing the physical body to release dis-ease.  Reiki has many benefits and too many to list here.  Learning Reiki teaches you how to facilitate these powerful healing treatments for clients, family, loved ones and your animals. 

Reiki is also a spiritual path unto itself and a powerful vehicle for self-development and intuitive connections with your Angels and Guides.  Receiving the Attunement aligns you to become more aware of your intuitive healing abilities and develop a strong intuition with clarity; creating a more fluid connection with Spirit, Healing Energy and your Guides.
