*1 Hour - (call, Zoom or in person)  Before your sessions begin we will discuss where you are on your Souls Journey, how you are feeling and where you would like to go in each session, what topics you would like to cover and where you need the most guidance at this time.  This can be as self-driven as you like, but if that makes you uncomfortable or you're unsure about how to self-navigate this we will turn it over to Spirit, Your Higher Self and Guides and I will channel each outline each session for you according to their guidance.

* 4 - 1 1/2 (One and a half hour) personal one-on-one sessions. The length of these sessions is to go in deep, and give you plenty of time without feeling rushed with just an hour.

*After each session you leave with tools and insight on how to navigate the time between your sessions; focus areas, techniques, journal prompts, Soul Work (homework) etc...

*Sessions can be done in person, over the phone or on zoom from anywhere.

*Sessions are scheduled at your convenience and at your pace; suggested length of time is three months, with three weeks between each session, but life happens and we make space for that too.

*Personalized Channeled Written Messages from Spirit for each session.

*Tarot & Oracle guidance for each session.

*Angelic messages from the Archangels

*15 minute follow up (text or phone) after each session if needed for your guidance between sessions.
